Wild Game and Greens

Typical dinner around here:

Caribou steak (broiled in the oven with salt and pepper), sauteed greens, corn on the cob.

Can I please join you for dinner? I’ll bring the wine if you’d like 🙂 That is one fine meal I’m looking at. It definitely doesn’t get much better than that – simple, elegant, and yummy!

  2. OMG that looks amazing!!! Did you catch this yourself or do they sell it in the stores? I am always trying to connect with native Alaskans. Thanks for the blog – and dinner idea!

We visited Tok last July and stayed at a local RV park. Loved your little town and the friendly people we met. We live in Florida and found your description on utube of winter there absolutely hysterical. If anyone wants to strike up an email exchange feel free to write to thomasamski@ yahoo.com

    Warm regards,
