We laid our sweet Ebb, Black Lab with a heart of gold, to rest along the Alaska Highway. Beautiful spot overlooking water, his favorite place to be besides at our feet or by our sides.
Thank you for all of the prayers and hugs you’ve been sending our way. I am sitting on my front porch working in the sun right now and keep instinctively looking for him. He will be missed.

/ April 28, 2010I am so sorry to hear about Ebb. I am both a dog and cat lover and it pains me deeply when I hear that a Beloved Friend and Companion is gone. I know it will be hard to fill that emptiness that Ebbs passing created but there are many worthy, future “Ebbs” out there more than willing to be given the chance to continue giving the unconditional Love, Friendship and Companionship Ebb gave you.

/ April 28, 2010Aliza, I am so very sorry to hear that Ebb has passed away. Wayne has eloquently stated both the loss and possibilities for another champion of companionship.
Again, my condolences on your loss. I hope that whoever Ebb sends to you will arrive as fast as possible.

/ May 10, 2010Sad news. I know what it is like to lose a dog and instinctively expect their presence — a wet nose in your lap, a head on your knee, a quick bark of alert….no longer. He was lucky to have you!

/ May 25, 2010Hello. I am new to your blog and you’ve got me crying over here. I am sorry to hear you lost your sweet friend. I recently lost one too…the hurt is still way too fresh with me so it is easy to relate. I can tell you that time does actually heal.
I am in the process of a move to AK and will soon be your neighbor in Delta Junction. Glad I found your blog. Love the videos.
