		<description>You are inspired and inspiring! I lately made a nice little gluten free cheesecake using graham crackers from the Soldotna Gluten Free Store (Hoorah for the store!).  It was great, we topped it with fresh raspberries (not local) and ate every crumb.  Hadn&#039;t made one in many years but it topped off our traditional 4th of July feast of salmon, baked beans, homemade potato salad and the like.</description>

		<description>Rhubarb is something I have had to adapt to. In Alaska it&#039;s at every potluck, school function and neighbor get together...literally thousands of variations. But ahhh Rhubarb crisp is still my fav. Thanks for sharing. :)
